Q: What happens if i am not satisfied with my order?

Q: Ok, I ordered, when will i receive my order?
A: Once we receive  you order, please allow us some time to process it. You should receive your tracking number within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes between 10 and 15 business days.

Q: And what if i don't receive my order at all?
A: We guarantee that you will receive it! If you have not received your item(s) 30 business days after your order - reach out to us at support@6ixth.store

Q: I have put a wrong shipping address or ordered the wrong item!
A: If you discover something like that has happened, please contact us immediately! If your order is already processed there is not much we can do, but we will still try to solve this issue.
