Return - Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for replacement, your item must not be used, be in the original state that you have received it and in its original package.

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous goods or flammable liquids, or gasses.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Products listed free of charge (0.00$).
  • Products on sale with more than 50% discount. Example: If a product has an original price of 100$ but it is discounted to 50$ it cannot be returned but it can be replaced.
  • Shipping and Processing costs.
  • Products with sizing (such as clothes, shoes, jackets, shirts and others). Every product that requests you to choose size upon order is non refundable no matter if the price is discounted with more than 50% or not. We can always replace it with appropriate size upon return. We do not take responsibility if you choose the wrong size. Every product has a size chart for you to estimate the correct size for you and a product description to follow. We do not take responsibility if you follow that size chart and product description.
  • Phone cases - we do not take responsibility if you choose the correct case for your phone or not. We list product variants, phone models for each item is available.

Other Non-refundable Items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software items.
  • Shipping costs.
  • Personal healthcare items.

To complete your return we require receipt or proof or purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Books with obvious signs of use. 

CD, DVD, VHS Tape, Vinyl records, cassettes or video games that have been opened.

Any item with different packaging, damaged or with missing parts not due to our error. When requesting a return of a damaged goods, we request you to provide a picture of the item in the state you have received.

Any item that is returned after more than 60 days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is returned and received we will inspect it and notify you via email that the item is received and inspected. We will also notify you about the status of your refund request (approved or not).

If approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, we kindly ask you to check once again your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. Usually it takes some time until the amount is posted back to your account.

Next contact your bank. Often there is processing time until the amount is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sales items with a discount of 50% or more are non refundable. We can always replace them with the same item at no cost if you are not satisfied with the current one.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at When requesting a exchange of a damaged goods, we request you to provide a picture of the item in the state you have received.


If the item is marked as gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item has not been marked as gift or the gift giver had the item shipped to them, to give to you later, then the credit shall be issued to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


To return your product you should send us an email to arrange delivery. Please do not return any product without contacting us.

Please contact us at before you ship back the item to us. If you return the product without contacting us we will not issue any kind of refund or replacement.

When you contact us we will provide you with a return address and instruction on how to return your items.

You are responsible for handling the shipping of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost from your return shipping shall be deducted.

Depending on where you live the time for exchange of your product may vary.

If you are shipping a product over 75$ you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
